Player::setWantedLevelNow
Forces any pending wanted level to be applied to the specified player immediately.
Call SET_PLAYER_WANTED_LEVEL with the desired wanted level, followed by SET_PLAYER_WANTED_LEVEL_NOW.
Second parameter is unknown (always false).
