FreezePlayerTime
Freezes or unfreezes the world time for the given player.
Syntax
```csharp void NAPI.Player.FreezePlayerTime(Player player, bool freeze); ```
Required Arguments
- player: parameter input should be in Player type.
- freeze: parameter input should be in bool type.
